Jessica Werner

Co-FOUNDER, mental health professional

Jessica is found of Rise Counseling & Therapy located in Park City, UT and is passionate about sharing tools for effective mental and physical health! When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends in the mountains or anywhere outdoors.

Christian Fritze

co-founder, mental health professional

Christian Fritze, CMHC, YTT200, Co-founder: Christian is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor working in Salt Lake City. Christian has had many career highlights including dolphin training & running corporate wellness programs. When Christian isn't working on Camp Gloss, she is spending time outdoors with her family. 

Claudia Sobiecki, Director of Finance: Claudia lives and works in Denver where she is the Global Innovation Senior Manager for Molson Coors. Claudia has an eye for details and a passion for helping young women.

Ellen Behrens, PhD., Program Development Committee: Ellen is a professor at Westminster college and holds a PhD. in Psychology from Michigan State University. Ellen has owned her own program development & consulting company for over a decade and has a thorough understanding of curriculum development.

Emily Haygeman, PhD., Yoga & Mindfulness Specialist: Emily is a Licensed Psychologist who works with children and adolescents.  She is a certified yoga instructor and has led a variety of mindfulness groups for children, parents, and teens.  She is currently working on a district-wide initiative to integrate Mindfulness practice into the Social Emotional Learning curriculum for Granite School District. 

Monica Faux-Kota, Self-Care Specialist: Monica is a healer who works with individuals to create health and wholeness. Monica practices lie coaching and massage in Salt Lake and is passionate about helping women grow. 

Whitney Finlinson, Director of Community Engagement: Whitney is a Utah native currently living in San Francisco, CA where she works as a Senior Recruiter. Whitney is a natural connector and works strengthen Camp Gloss by bringing the community together.
