Reconnect with your daughter - enhance healthy communication skills.

Who: Recommended daughter ages 11-15, all ages welcome.

What: Get away for the day to connect and communicate with your daughter in a relaxed and supportive snowy setting. This day-long retreat will be held on Sunday March 10th at Snowbird resort and will include partner yoga, lunch, personality assessments for you & your daughter, breakout conversations on relationships, self-care, communication and empathetic listening.

When: Sunday 3/10/19, 10am - 5pm

Where: Snowbird Mountain Resort

Cost: $150/mother-daughter dyad ($300 value).

*Open to all family systems, mother = primary care giver.
